François Ozon tilldelas Stockholms filmfestivals Visionary Award

Stockholms filmfestivals Visionary Award kommer tilldelas till François Ozon. Ozon kommer besöka festivalen för att ta emot sitt pris och visa hans senaste film Frantz, som distribueras i Sverige av Edge Entertainment. 

Motivering: Årets vinnare av Visionary Award är den subversiva och distinkt
poetiska François Ozon. En mästare på att blicka in i vårt inre med stilistisk
fingertoppskänsla, satirisk svärta och ett introspektivt förstoringsglas som passas vidare till åskådaren under filmernas lopp. 2016 års Stockholm Visionary Award går till Francois Ozon.

Stockholm Visionary Award instiftades 2004 och filmpriset, Bronshästen, väger 7,3 kilo. Tidigare vinnare är bland andra Peter Greenaway, Jacques Audiard och Wes Anderson.
